15 Gaslighting Terms A Narcissist Will Use

When we are in a narcissistic abusive relationship, we hear certain phrases so often that we normalise hearing them, but they actually erode our mental health. The narcissist is gaslighting us.  In this episode, we will go through 15 gaslighting phrases I heard during my marriage with a covert narcissist.
