Leah has struggled with binge eating in the past and has been through a journey of improving her relationship with food over the past couple of years to the point where she now has an extremely good relationship with food. We talk about how Leah has gone about improving this, how she ended up where she was in the first place and whether she thinks this could have been avoided, struggles she’s faced during this process, and how you yourself could go about prioritising your health and improving your relationship with food if you have had similar issues.
