Before attaining her oenology degree, Christensen earned a Master's in music and is an accomplished double bass player. She discusses Yealands' location, wines, and sustainability. New Orleans native Adam Yellin is executive chef/co-owner of Local Catch Bar & Grill in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
