Ep 131: The Authors of Dynamic Aging, 5 Years Later

It’s been five years since the book, Dynamic Aging: Simple Exercises for Whole-Body Mobility, was published and Katy thought that we should celebrate by getting in touch with her co-authors to see if (or how) movement was still playing a role in these women’s lives as they move toward their mid-80s. Katy sent all four of them some questions, and this episode contains what they had to say. Enjoy.
