The reason I am talking to you about body image on this podcast is because it causes suffering for so many of us. Thoughts about my own body have caused me so much unhappiness in my lifetime. And that unhappiness has come not just from the dissatisfaction I’ve felt looking at my body in the mirror or seeing photos of myself, but it’s come from fear of what I think others may be thinking about my body, or the judgements they make of me because of my body, as well as my own shame around my inability to fix my body, as well as missed opportunities for living life because how I’ve felt about my body. That’s a lot. And I know I’m not alone in all these things.   About Clair: CLAIR MACKENZIE IS A LIFE & WEIGHT COACH WHO HELPS FEMALE PROFESSIONALS AND ENTREPRENEURS LOSE WEIGHT BY TRANSFORMING THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD AND THEMSELVES FOR LIFE.
