Welcome back everyone!2021 Didn't start the best way but things seem to be improving, so hopefully by summer time everyone will be able to go out and have some sort of normality for a change. We start 2021 a little bit late with a new season but I wanted to take some time to gather different topics that could bring some motivation and knowledge to your day. Season 3 is here and I cannot wait for you to listen to more amazing people. Today we have Grace Sisto, a yoga teacher that reflects calm and serenity along with some powerful information for anyone interested in starting yoga for the first time, or as a new mom and for mamas that would like to start their yoga journey. Also to any mama that would like to know how yoga could benefit their pregnancy journey as well as their motherhood journey.During Grace’s pregnancy, she trained in Pre and Post-Natal Yoga, a practice which gives her immense joy to teach for the sense of connection and empowerment she’s able to give back to women. She’s currently extending her knowledge studying with pelvic floor and core physical therapist, Sarah Duvall.Driven by a desire to introduce people to the benefits of a regular yoga practice, her classes promote body and mind awareness and create a balance between strength and flexibility. She caters to all levels and abilities; breaks down postures, lets new students feel at ease, encourages experienced practitioners to explore further and provides alternatives for injuries.
