Hi everyone and welcome back to another episode of the running through pregnancy series of active mothers podcast. Running is one of my passions and I know how difficult it is to stop running when it’s needed. But I was curious to know how some mums did carry on running throughout their pregnancies. And by chatting with them it just shows how different we all are from each other. And that we shouldn't compare our journeys to other mums, but rather be inspired and carry on listening to our bodies and take this journey one day at a time.Today we chatted with Nikki, a very active running mum. She was 37 weeks pregnant when we had this conversation. She managed to run throughout this pregnancy together with her running buddies.
