Meet The Mom Who Run A Mile Under 6 Minutes at 9 Months Pregnant.

She managed to run 1 mile under 6 minutes at 9 months pregnant.But this did not come out of anywhere, she has been training at a professional level before her pregnancy and so continued to train throughout under her doctor's supervision. Pregnant women who haven’t been running should not get up today and try to do what Makenna did. Remember that it takes time and your body to adjust to a new activity.
