The 10:5 Principle

This week, we're back with Dr Andy Cope as he introduces the 10:5 principle to you. Andy starts with a bit of a realisation that life can be a bit like "free from" foods... and that it should be enjoyed, not endured. He also sets a bit of homework, challenging you to introduce the 10:5 principle into your life - it can feel a bit awkward (and you can't do it on the London Underground), but the results can be inspiring.
