Mental RACE podcast is a "finglish" boundary-free performance psychology podcast hosted by Heikki Huovinen. Finglish, as there will be both finnish and english speaking guests - mostly finnish though. Boundary-free, as in exploring us humans through a complex biopsychosocial lense with an open and curious mind. Performance psychology, as in providing practical tools to different performance psychology context - ranging from taking your kids to kindergarten to a Formula-1 race start
