As business owners, there's this misconception that the only way to be successful in your business is to be busy 24/7. This is false! Your job as a business owner is not to do all the client work. In today's episode, I'm going to be honest with you. I will show you how what you are doing is actually hurting your business and will eventually lead to burnout. But don't worry!
