The book was really written both for business leaders and HR leaders who are interested in facilitating internal talent mobility. She also co-lead a Talent Management Initiative which produced groundbreaking research on employment perceptions regarding what attracts and retains employees, as well as the development of a process that helps companies attract, retain, and engage their workforce.
