Fusako Shigenobu (1945-present) lived undercover for nearly three decades while on INTERPOL’s wanted list. She had been implicated in multiple terror attacks across Europe and the Middle East in the 1970s as the leader of one of Japan’s most mysterious terrorist organizations.
