Wines To Find hosts, Sandy & Michelle, interview Doris Hobbs. She was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in her early thirties. She describes how she was able to mix her love of fashion, wine and writing. With Doris's writing abilities and connections in the wine world, she is able to bring awareness of Type 1 with a twist.  Not only does she write about wine but she also has a cookbook. The cookbook focuses on delicious foods to help with balancing blood sugar. She does mention the difference in Type 1 and Type 2; Type 1 Diabetics can't  produce their own insulin. But, it is still beneficial to eat a diet that includes complex carbohydrates. Two lower sugar wines are reviewed.
