Helen Choudhury is an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion change management specialist and Head of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Music Publishers Association. Helen tells us about how she got into this work and what she has been doing in her role at the MPA. Helen also shares about how her work has been informed by her experience of living with endometriosis and adenomyosis and talks us through the MPA M3 guidance on menstruation, miscarriage, and menopause.
