Today on Whats My Frame? I'm joined by casting director, Sunday Boling. Today Sunday shares some invaluable lessons from her time in casting; including her perspective on making bold choices in the room and the future of virtual casting. Her career started at 20th Century Fox, working on films like Ice Age, Dude, Where’s My Car?, and Big Momma’s House. Her time at FOX not only allowed Sunday to work on a wide variety of projects to learn what she loved, but also introduced her to now business partner Meg Morman. The ladies opened Morman Boling Casting in 2004. Once given the freedom to pick projects that speak to them, the ladies quickly made a name for themselves! Though you might be surprised what "actor staple" the ladies used to get the word out for their new office. Now with numerous Artios nominations and wins to their credit they need no introduction; helping bring to life projects like Hello, My Name Is Doris starring Sally Fields and Waitress starring Keri Russell, the film that set into motion Broadway's beloved hit! Regardless of how busy she gets, Sunday makes the time to give back to her creative community currently serving on the national board of CSA. She and Meg also serve as Casting Consultants for the Film Independent's Directing Lab. Please join me in welcoming Sunday Boiling to the show! -- Want to learn more about Sunday?
