According to Elections Canada there were about 4.7 million Canadians who voted early. That’s a 29% increase the since 2015 election!  Welcome to the 4th episode of season 3 of the Literacy Quebec Podcast! With the upcoming election on October 21st, our theme for the next few weeks has been about literacy and civic engagement.
