NCIS stages first-ever three-episode crossover

On today's What to Watch: NCIS, NCIS: Hawai'i, and NCIS: Los Angeles return for their winter premiere with a huge three-episode crossover that finds the teams trying to figure out who killed a beloved professor — and it puts them in the killer's crosshairs. The new Fox drama Alert: Missing Persons Unit, starring Dania Ramirez as Officer Nikki Batista, follows a life or death missing person situation, starting with Batista's son.
