You’re So Slay Right Now

Ep 44 is a What in the Shibal New Years! First we have Archie on the Boba Squishmallow again and it is very distracting! Huey however has hurt his leg and has panic attacks on top of it. Susie and Ed then talk about vet spending and getting 2nd and 3rd opinions. Ed "twists" his foot in his sleep 3x before finding out he has gout from the 4th doctor.  Susie hasn't stayed up for New Years in forever and couldn't even finish Die Hard with her sister in one night.  2024 is the year of the dragon in Asian Zodiacs - Ed is a pig and Susie is a rabbit.  2023 was a transitional year for both Susie and Ed and they discuss their past year and achievements... then they discuss what they wish for the new year.  Ed talks about finding his family in the new year and figuring out his goal for his search - spoiler alert - there are tears. And in the discussion Susie reminds Ed of a Pretty Woman quote - The bad stuff is always easier to believe. Oh by the way, Ed met Julia Roberts. Archie is gifted the Squishmallow by Susie on behalf of her daughter who later on her own offers up the Squishmallow to Archie.  One major hope for 2024 for both Susie and Ed is that Palestine is free and kids stop losing their lives. Ed also low key wishes to find a partner and Susie wants to help "Hey girl, you're so slay right now - girl you ate - no cap. Wishing every a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year!
