The war industry is coming to the mountains of Asheville, NC and a group of activists are trying to stop it. Despite the powers of the Chamber of Commerce, the Military-Industrial Complex, local and state government, and the one percent in Asheville, a group of activists calling themselves Reject Raytheon (rejectraytheonavl.com/) are doing what they can to try to educate the community and resist the building of a huge facility in the pristine mountains of Asheville. We speak with Ken Jones, Melody Shank, and Claire Clark about their efforts in Asheville, but their story is just part of growing concerns and protests throughout the country and the planet.
