Episode 35 – The View from Mayer Brown

In this episode, Nick looks at three disability discrimination cases since this is probably the most dynamic area of employment law at the moment. The first case looks at associative discrimination, and the limits on an employer’s duty to make reasonable adjustments. The second case considers disability discrimination in the context of a return to work programme, and the third one looks at what happens when a potentially disabled employee denies the employer the right to medical information about their state of health.
