Transitional times, spaces and phases that we traverse throughout the seasons of our life, year – and even on a daily basis can prompt the full range of feels. In the first episode back for the year, after returning from the liminality of the Christmas- New (calendar) Year period, Shannon and Laura discuss and get to know different types of liminal spaces- physical, emotional, spiritual and the rites of passage that these elements bring about as we cross these thresholds from what once was, into what is coming next.
