Troubled: a Survivor Podcast

A Podcast by/for Survivors of Institutional Abuse, with an emphasis on the Troubled Teen Industry. Since the inhumane "Assimilation" of Indigenous Peoples, America has fostered a culture of youth abuse within institutions which has blossomed into the multi-billion dollar industry that TTI is today. Kids in Cages is historically American. We Survivors have launched the Troubled project to initiate an inclusive self healing, self advocacy, mission. We hope that through #breakingcodesilence and telling our stories, we can raise awareness of the egregious child abuse and the plight of its victims and survivors. We hope that we can impact this next civil rights movement, to liberate the hundreds of thousands of children being abused NOW, assist in supporting the healing of MILLIONS of Survivors, and drag our monsters from the darkness into the daybreak of justice.
