Last place & proud of it: puking & blisters on the Ring of Fire 135 mile, 3-day ultra round Anglesea

Today we chat to the amazing last placed runner of the 3-day, 135 mile Ring of Fire 2023, Terry McCormick. Terry suffered from a bad stomach on the first day, then a horrendous blister on the second day (turn away during the photos if you're squeamish!), and continued on with the third day! He's an absolute machine. Enjoy all his tips in this episode of Last Place & Proud of it where we celebrate the achievements of those at the back of the pack on Britain's most famous and brutal trail and ultra races.
