Episode 8: Anxiety

In this episode we talk about our own personal experiences with anxiety as well as how we try to cope with it all. We also touch on how you can be there for someone who experiences anxiety. Everyone’s experiences are unique, so what may work for someone else may not work for you. It’s good to reach out and try to find as many healthy coping mechanisms as you can - and if it becomes too much just know that someone out there cares and you aren’t alone. There are many resources online with suggestions on how to better understand your own (or someone else’s) anxiety and how to healthily deal with the thoughts and physical symptoms.
