The Quick and Easy answer for a wobbly table leg is a shim. A shim is a little wedge of wood, metal, or plastic that can be used to fill in different sized gaps because of its tapered shape. Even though they’re thin they must be able to carry some weight without breaking. For minor, lightweight adjustments wood shims will work but the plastic or composite ones because won’t split and they can carry plenty of weight. Try this trick: Slide the shim under the short leg until the wobble is gone and mark the top of the shim around the edge of the leg. If you cut out that profile from the shim before you attach it to the bottom of the leg, it won’t be visible when the furniture is back upright.
