Following your calling with Joel van der Molen

Joel Alexander Van der Molen is a multi-award-winning English Actor and Filmmaker, best known for telling his own life story in the Documentary Films, The Magnificence of You and Living My Illusion on Amazon Prime. He grew up in South East England, attended local Schools, was a young British Tennis hopeful, and studied acting at The Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. After years of auditions and acting work that did not pay the bills, Joel changed course and set up a Telecommunications company serving small to medium businesses. Listening to the calling from the depths of his being, he began a transformational journey in both life and business in 2016. Daring to make certain changes that challenged others but resonated with millions of people who suffer in silence. He sold his Telecommunications company in 2019 to focus on Film Production and acting. He set up Vandercom Films, a company that documents people's memoirs. Taking them on a profound journey, recalling their life and times to create a beautiful film for family to treasure forever.
