All previous emails will also show the new information if they are reopened. Tip: If you have a video, take a screenshot of the player, so it has a play button on it. Use this image in your email and link it to the video, or a page that has the video embedded, so when people click on it, they will be taken to the page to watch the video. Tip: Don't attach pdf files, put links to the pdf and you can update the file whenever you need to, just make sure the filename doesn't change. All old emails will link to the latest version of the file. Tip: Signatures are important - add links to your social media and website.
