Matt Golinski is a much-loved Australian celebrity chef and on December 26, 2011, Matt's wife Rachel and his three daughters died when their Tewantin home was engulfed by fire in the early morning. Matt, who tried desperately to save his family, suffered severe burns to forty percent of his body, spent eight weeks in a coma, four months in hospital and has spent a decade healing and recovering, physically, mentally and emotionally.
