In this episode we talk to the lovely Alice who having travelled her own rocky path to motherhood went on to create a platform where in her role as a mindset mentor she offers support to the TTC and infertility communities. She tells us 'in a nutshell' about both her internal and external fertility journey as well as how she was able to work on her own mindset when she had reached a point where she didn't recognise who she was anymore.
