S2, E11 - Chris Binnie (part 1) - stillbirth and grief - the dads perspective

It's been a while since we chatted to a guy here at TWGGE and right at the beginning you'll hear Bex quote Harry Enfield which really breaks the ice. Haha! I don't imagine any of you are the least but surprised by this. Chris is father to three Henry who was stillborn at 38 weeks in 2014 and Robyn and Hallie who were born at 34 weeks in 2018.  In part 1 of our chat with Chris we talked about the stillbirth of his Son Henry. We discussed dealing with the grief and trauma from a partners perspective. You'll find him on instagram @pine_cones_and_study_days.Since Henry's death he has tried to offer a voice in the stillbirth community, especially for fathers and has worked with various baby loss charity and on NHS initiatives. He now works for mamaacademy to provide safer pregnancy information to expectant parents. --------------------------------Thanks for listening to the podcast.
