We couldn't make diaries work with our guest this week given real-life work commitments so we caught up for 20 minutes to discuss what a world class first day in estate agency should look like for any new starters you might be bringing in to your business. We run through our own first days and what worked and what didn't and how the key to turning Pro and becoming world class might just be in those first few days on the job. We also put the call out for more world class women in estate agency, as we want to highlight more of the people who we think do it better than anyone else.
