Today’s guest started his business from home in 2004, and has grown it over the last 17 years to be a four branch network with 32 staff. While he’s still out on the tools every now and again, he now spends more time working ‘on’ the business and looking at ways of growing and future proofing the agency in modern times. He’s probably still recovering from how many times he had to walk up the stairs to the stage at the ESTAS to win award after award!
