18. Doing a SWOT Analysis for your Wedding Business

Now, if you’re thinking, Faye, a SWOT analysis sounds a bit stuffy, well I hear you. However, while the wedding industry is a creative place and far from the corporate world, we still need strategies and tools to build and grow our successful wedding business and anything that allows us to look inwards at our business to see what’s working and what’s not working, really is worth its weight in gold.
