This episode begins with a spectacular clip from Question Time. An audience member gets stuck into the Conservatives and no one's disagreeing with her utter evisceration of them. Then again, when our island is surrounded by sewage, perhaps it's not surprising. Yes, unfortunately, the topic of sewage is back on The Trawl menu. The situation is so dire people are checking apps and being told to swim with their mouth shut. So good thing Therese Coffey is in charge. She's sprung into action to announce her intention to ban wet wipes, which was also announced in....2018. Banning wet wipes which contain plastic would be great, but are they going to do it? And how does that help prevent raw sewage being poured into the waterways? Still, we Brits might not be able to swim anywhere safely but hey, at least we can all gaze at a portrait of King Charles. The government has set aside £8 million to ensure every school and police station in the land can gaze upon the Royal visage. Who needs school dinners or equipment anyway? Then there's Eurovision 'outrage' before Marina and Jemma go very off-piste and introduce not just an underrated tweet of the week but an underrated call AND an underrated clip too!
