I'm thrilled to have Jessica Culp back on the podcast. Jessica's previous interview has been one of the most downloaded interviews on this podcast! Jessica is a licensed professional counselor who works at Hope Centered Counseling, LLC, in Savoy, Illinois. Jessica graduated from Lincoln Christian University in 2018 and specializes in complex trauma. Jessica enjoys giving her energy and time in counseling to a smaller caseload of individuals in order to provide a deeper therapeutic experience from an attachment lens and often includes emotion focused, expressive arts, experiential and psychodrama therapy. This is a second career for Jessica, as she first worked in resource development for three local non profit organizations including a food bank, children’s home and a crisis nursery. Jessica has always had a passion for helping others with great care and integrity.
