However, Carmine demonstrated his integrity and responsibility by diligently repaying his debts, ensuring that everyone who supported him received their dues. Unfortunately, some of his racehorse owners chose to relocate to countries with more favourable tax conditions, given the challenging regulatory landscape for horse racing in Italy.Seeking new opportunities, Carmine ventured to Sweden, specifically Göteborg, where he joined a renowned stable focused on Arabian horse racing. Over six months, he honed his skills and enjoyed a prosperous period, earning a good salary. However, the demands of his career and the desire to provide a stable environment for his growing family became a conflicting reality. With his partner pregnant and the impending arrival of his daughter, Carmine made the difficult decision to bid farewell to his job and career in the horse racing sector.Returning to Italy, Carmine embarked on a new chapter of his life, determined to navigate the challenges of being a husband and father while establishing his own company. Since 2008, he has embraced a multitude of roles and gained expertise in various industries, undertaking no less than 20 different jobs. With unwavering determination and adaptability, Carmine conquered each new challenge he encountered.Today, at the age of 47, Carmine has risen to the position of a manager and entrepreneur. In just three years, amidst the ongoing pandemic, he has propelled his company, Italfoods, to remarkable success, surpassing the three-million-euro mark in revenue. His business is now present in 65 countries, a testament to his exceptional leadership and global vision.Beyond his professional pursuits, Carmine has cultivated a passion for piloting ultralight planes, which led him to work as a dispatcher at an airport for two years.
