#070: How to Avoid Creative Burnout

When you’re burned out, not only are you way less creative, but you’re also way less motivated. And a burned-out entrepreneur lacking creativity and motivation isn’t a very effective entrepreneur at all!   The elephant in the business room these days is that all creators are trying to navigate making consistent, amazing content while also not getting burned out and overwhelmed by this super demanding job.   Not only can that state - which most of us know too well - lead to serious health complications, but it’s also the LEAST CREATIVE place to hang out.   So let’s not even get there in the first place.   I’m so excited to share this podcast with you - four solid tips to help you steer clear of creative burnout.
