S4 Ep2: Being Too Critical as a Student and Graduate w/ Carl Betts

Welcome back to another episode! This week we have a chat to UK paramedic Carl Betts about when critical reflection can be unhealthy. This stemmed from a paper that Carl wrote about how graduates and students can be overly reflective and overly critical. Rather than having a positive outcome, it can lead to burnout and dissatisfaction. We talk about the graduate experience and the art of finding a healthy balance when it comes to reflection.  DISCLAIMER: All of the opinions of each individual on 'The Student Paramedic Podcast' are their own.
