Ep. 119 - Live Soul Digger Session with Joanne Coates: Expanding into Abundance
Welcome to a very special episode where I share what happens behind closed doors and host a live coaching session with one of my gorgeous clients Joanne who is a part of my Expect Miracles 10-week Signature Program. Joanne shares her story of escaping the matrix of limiting beliefs and leaving her teaching career of 11 years. As a teacher Joanne realised that there was more to life than she was experiencing, and after a break up in 2016, she left her home town of Stoke On Trent in the UK to start a new life as a teacher in Dubai. When Joanne started to practice Yoga she went on to train as a Yoga teacher, and just two months later, she left teaching and started her own business as a Mind, Body and Soul Coach. Joanne supports women to tap into the power of their bodies, listen to their souls and say no to things that are not serving them. Her work supports women to align with their monthly cycles allowing women to have ownership of their bodies. Joanne sought out coaching with me when she realised that she had inner work to do and was still living in the hangover of life - being conditioned to the rules and regulations of the education system. Working together, I take Joanne through a series of powerful questions and deep into a visualisation to support Joanne to release any limiting beliefs around how she can run her business on a day to day basis without burning out. We also talk about the importance of balancing the feminine energetics with masculine structure, and look at the power of delegating what doesn’t light you up.
