Trauma, Rinse & Repeat w/ Mike Herz

This week I’m talking to Mike Herz. After losing his mum and little brother in a car accident when he was a child, years later after only 2 months of marriage, Mike’s wife Saima suddenly fell ill and died after contracting encephalitis. Mike has to be one of most inspirational people I’ve spoken to. His resilience, his attitude towards life and how he sees his future path - I really hope you’re able to draw positivity from our conversation. We discussed the charity that he’s supporting - The Encephalitis Society - on the 24th April 2020, Mike and dozens of others with be cycling from Manchester to London aiming to raise £50,000 for the charity in memory of Saima.
