What do you take for granted in your equestrian life? Being able to see your horse when you like? Being able to get off your horse whenever you like? Or how about in normal life? Being able to cope with loud noises or even read at speed when needed? Probably all of these and more. But that isn't the case for everyone. As Zoe Squirrell, International Para Rider explains on today's episode. Zoe was born prematurely and suffered a brain haemorrhage that caused the disabilities she has today. She found riding as a form of therapy, rode at school as part of her PE GCSE, and then went on to start her para rider journey with some amazing horses. Of course, there have been many ups and downs, including huge trips to ride, lame horses, taking a break, and doing amazing things at National Championships. Zoe shares her journey, the trials and tribulations she has faced, and also the importance of accessibility.  Tune in, enjoy, and learn. Zoe is incredibly inspiring and passionate about education.
