Episode 19 - Erikana Pedersen
Erikana Pedersen is a professional athlete playing Netball for the Canterbury Tactics and Silverferns. In 2019 she suffered a serious injury that not only sidelined the 26 year but also took its toll mentally as she was diagnosed with depression. In this episode Erikana openly shares her story of dealing with the mental illness, the challenges she faced and the things that helped her get back to the bubbly, energetic player she is again today.
