Richard “RJ” Smith is a high performance consultant who has spent the last two decades working in high performance sport His career highlights include World Cup and Super rugby titles, five years with New Zealand Cricket, the high performance leader at The Crusaders Rugby and a published author. In recent years Richard has spent most of his time working with coaches including Wayne Smith and Steve Hanson to help develop their ability to work with players and athletes.
