Preparing for the Future of Flexible Work - Thoughts from Kevin

As of today, I cannot predict the future of work – for you or for your business. But I do know one thing. Whatever that future holds, work is going to be different…again. I do not believe we will ever return to work as we knew it in 2019. I predict that we will have an amalgamation of different forms of flexible work. – Some companies will send all of their employees back all at once. – Some will send half now and half later. – Some will allow their employees to choose where they want to work. There will be many options and each organization’s choice will very likely look a little different. So, what can you do now to prepare for the future world of work today?
