On this week's show, I'm joined by an old client of mine, Matt Green. Matt is the founder and CEO of IDEX, a recruitment organisation with an employer branding arm and an advisory arm working with the insurance industry, the financial services sector, and now the legal sector.Matt founded IDEX 17 years ago and they are now fully remote with 60 people in Manchester, Birmingham, London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.What I love about this business is that over 17 years, they've managed to do things the right way. They've built organically without investment.They've invested a lot into the business without taking too much money awayThey've also built a product with a genuine USP where they go into organisations and sell retainers and employer branding packages.
