PodcastHER Leah Rempel: Pivoting & Safeguarding Your Podcast

I'm especially excited about today’s episode because I am bringing you this episode, which is the first of what I hope is many, in a new series where I'm featuring podcasters from my PodcastHER community.  We're going to talk about how they got started in podcasting. How they are growing their show. How they've walked through some of the hard parts of podcasting and more. And today is the first episode with my guest, Leah Rempel. Leah is the host of the Faith School Podcast, a podcast dedicated to exploring the practical side of faith. And she does it really, really well. She loves to lead women to follow God from the inside out, integrate their faith into their everyday lives and intentionally pursue personal ministries. She and I talk about how she pivoted her show this last year including a name change and rebrand and the safeguards she’s put in place to ensure she doesn’t burnout.  I can’t wait for you to listen!  Show Links: Get on the PodcastHER Waitlist!  Listen to Leah’s show: Faith School The Bible Recap Click Up Office Ladies Podcast The Popcast The Debaters Live No Lies The Hard Good Connect with Leah @leah.rempel @faithschoolpod Show Takeaways:  Listen in as Leah and I discuss the pivot she made in her show including why she changed her name and rebranded.  Discover the safeguards Leah put in place to prevent burnout and allowed her to serve her listeners well.  Understand why community and collaboration has been so important to Leah’s work and ministry.

Om Podcasten

Are you wanting to start a podcast but are overwhelmed by the amount of information about podcasting? Are you confused by all the technical language, and technology? Are you frustrated by how expensive equipment and the costs associated with podcasting can be? Or do you have a podcast? Are you stressed out trying to create content, record, edit, and upload your episodes each week? Are you frustrated by the lack of growth you see even with all your hard work and dedication? Are you burnt out and ready to quit? Then you’re in the right place. The Podcasting Party is a podcast for podcasters about podcasting. As a podcast coach, I have seen a huge theme emerge with the women I coach: potential podcasters believe in the message they want to share through their podcast but they lack the confidence in themselves when it comes to learning the technology and starting their podcast. They spend months trying to figure it out, google their way through, and by the time they make it to me, they are stressed out, overwhelmed, and frustrated. Beginner podcasters come to me burnt out and ready to throw in the towel. The message they once believed in is now dwarfed by the overwhelm and frustration they feel having to produce a show each week. I’m on a mission to help potential and current podcasters take the stress, overwhelm, and frustration out of podcasting. I believe that podcasting one big party, and you’re invited. Come join me and let’s put the party back into podcasting!
