In this episode I spoke to my good friend Georgia. You will know her as Georgie Rose, the founder of Georgia Rose Bikini and the MUA behind Georgia Rose Makeup, as well as our favourite CrossFit athlete and CrossFit coach.I invited Georgia onto the podcast as I wanted to hear her story.
