It seems that a movie from a very popular Japanese anime that is set in the not to distant future of the currently running show is in and of itself a spoiler. My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising takes place on the isolated island of Naboo, where the young heroes are alone, without any pro heroes to chaperone, because of the decision of a not so wise government agency, (Although "wise government" is a contradiction in terms) The Hero Commission.
