Did you know that I had NO technical L&D experience when I landed my first role over a decade ago? I didn't even know what "Instructional Design" was - nor had I ever even heard of it! ! In today's episode, I break down my L&D career transition, and walk through how I went from a college dropout working three jobs to a Director of L&D in just a handful of years.
